Our Guests often ask for Scrambled Egg for breakfast. Either with their Full English, or maybe just on hot buttered toast. We only use fresh free-range farm eggs from delivered to us by a local farmer. Peter cooks everything fresh to order and for scrambled eggs that really is the only way to get the most tasty and delicious results.
Simplicity is the key and Peter whisks the eggs with a little seasoning and puts them in a saucepan with some melted butter. Stirring gently from time to time, it only takes a couple of minutes for the most beautiful golden scrambled eggs to cook to perfection!!
